The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for providing support to internal and external customers through effective management and co-ordination of all orders, enquiries and issues concerning our customers.This position reports to the Branch Manager.
This is a challenging role with an emphasis on relationship management of customers.Your attention to detail is paramount as is your willingness to assist work colleagues when required.You will also have excellent presentation and customer care skills as you will be greeting visitors on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
GREAT EXCEL SKILLSSuperior written & verbal communication skillsCompetent computer skillsCreative thinker & problem solverSelf-motivatedExcellent proven time management skillsAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external customersCompetent computer SkillsStrong team player with ability to assist others when required
