                Phenomena Photography & Cinematic is a rapidly expanding wedding photography company with retail sites across the country.
Our Melbourne studio is looking for a committed and experienced full-time manager or part-time sales consultant to join our studio
Key skills and attributes include:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A passion for quality service
A high level of personal presentation
A can-do attitude
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently
Able to present positive and professional company image at all times
Excellent phone communication skills
Experience within a Sales environment
Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
Proven track record in providing quality sales and service
Strong work ethic and an ability to responsibly self-manage
Interests in photography and arts
Confident, energetic, and creative
Flexible working hours includes weekends
Be able to speak or understand Chinese.
You will be responsible for:
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
Converting phone, web-based chat and email enquiries into bookings.
The role involves both inbound and outbound calls to current and potential clients who have shown an interest in our services.
Providing support to our Studio Manager on all major campaigns.
Calling prospective clients to excite them about booking with us.
Reviewing your personal sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
Ongoing Face to face meetings.
