            EssentialResponsibilities:
? Grow and developsales in Sales Territory
? Grow direct Saleschannel as a distributor, e.g. to installers, commercial projects,etc.?
? Conducting initialand regular customer visits
? Prospecting of newcustomers in accordance with sales and management strategies
? Assist in producingand implementing market plan to achieve business plan
? Deliver sales at theagreed profit and market share objectives
? Negotiation ofcommercial terms and risk management
? Assist in developmentof marketing literature, adverts, web sites, press releases andtraining material as directed by management.
? Assist in thecoordination and attendance of trade shows and exhibitions
? Responsible forquotations, tenders and sales and product training in territory
Must haverequirements:
? Minimum of 5 yearstechnical sales or marketing experience in the photovoltaic, power electronicsor related industry
? Technical acumen inSolar technology essential
?  Technical qualification inSolar technology preferred
? Excellent written,verbal, negotiation presentation and public speaking skills
? Strong sales andmarketing skills and experience.
? Ability to manageexecutive, mid-management and technical decision makers
? Qualification insales, marketing, engineering or equivalent desirable
? Highly proficient inMS Office and CRM software
? Excellent telephonemanner and cold calling skills
