Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to

? Coordinate all works on site
? Liaise with consultant, main-contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and internal teams
? Ensure resource usage is optimized
? Maintain Project Manager’s calendar and translate the instruction from local Project Manager to China base
? Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables
? Supervise site work and quality control
? Ensure all project hand over in time and also follow the schedule
? Report to project manager
The required skills and experience for this role will include:
? Engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and construction experience desired.
? Working experience is preferred, though several entry level positions are also available.
? Fluent English language skilled
? Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline.
? Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to represent the company and project team in a professional manner to the Owner, Architect, related project staff and the community.
