Vacant position: Junior Service & Technician (Fulltime/Casual)
Start: Immediately

Responsibility
- Machine installation
- Product training to dealer
- Spare parts stock management
- Carry out customer service repairs
- Provide quotations to customers for appliance repairs
- Conduct refurbishment / repair of returned product /assist to resale
- Answer overflow telephone calls to Service Workshop andmanage outcome
- Ensure that all Company policies and procedures areadhered to in a timely and accurate manner
- Warehouse support
- Maintain up to date and accurate technical knowledgethrough diligent and timely use of all service documentation, technical dataand appropriate resources
- Quality Check and Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all assigned company equipment is properlymaintained
- Report to warehouse manager

Key skills, qualifications and experience include:
- Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese inwritten and verbal
- 1 ~ 2 years’ experience required (graphic/office/appliancelicence holder preferred)
- Basic computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook (essential).
- A willingness to learn / ownership
- Be self-motivated, have initiative and good interpersonalskills
