Marketing Coordinator
Join Australia's leading residential developer in a role that spans all parts of property and corporate marketing.
As a part of the Meriton Marketing team, you will be responsible in assisting the Marketing Director and team in coordinating:
CORPORATE
- Corporate branding
- Public Relations
- Sponsorship
- Company brochures and merchandise
- Website maintenance & SEO > meriton.com.au
RESIDENTIAL SALES & LEASING
- New development campaigns incl...
- Print > flyers, brochures, print advertising
- Digital > online advertising, websites, EDM's
- Signage
- Sales Display Centres (incl. site inspections)
- Launch events
- Rewards program
- Maintaining existing leasing property marketing incl. signage, ads, print material, website
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
This position will be highly rewarding to those who have a passion for marketing, advertising, strategy, creativity and the property market. If successful and dedicated, there will be a great opportunity to learn, create and to grow within the company.
Necessary skills:
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously
- High level of organisation
- Marketing experience required (1-3 years)
- Property / real estate experience required (min 1 year)
- High proficiency in computers and online
Beneficial:
- Marketing education
- Property / real estate qualifications
- PR / Events Management education
- Mandarin / Simplified Chinese language skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing: CMS maintenance, SEO, EDM & PPC campaigns
- Creativity and proficiency in design, incl. Adobe Creative Suite software
