The Company

Pool Systems is Australia’s leading manufacturer and distributor of swimming pool & spa products and is seeking the appointment of a professional NSW Account Manager. This international firm manufacturers in excess of 2000 active SKU’s for the global recreational water markets.  Pool Systems is a proud Australian owned and operated company and was established in Australia in 1983.  We are a market leader in innovation and customer service and have extensive distribution in over 30 countries.  Pool Systems has warehousing in Brisbane, Melbourne, China, California and Canada.  Due to continued growth, we now require the services of a very experienced Sales Professional to join our dynamic organisation.

The Role

This significant role will require a person to be based in Sydney to grow the company's business by providing quality customer service and support as well generating profitable sales at or above budgeted targets from new and existing customers.

The role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is very focused on customer service. This role will have a strong interface with the Customer Support Team in Brisbane ensuring the company-wide priority of maintaining the highest levels of customer service remains the priority at all times.  

The Person
The successful applicant will need to be able to showcase a successful sales background and knowledge of the Swimming Pool Industry would be an advantage.  You will have excellent communication and people skills with a very strong emphasis on customer service and building customer loyality.   Broad IT skills would also provide good support to the positon.

Pivotal to the success of this position will be challenging our existing customer base and implementing new initiatives to ensure the company not only maintains but builds it's market share.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for delivering on budget, profitable sales performance in a designated geographical area. Your primary focus will be maintaining new and existing relationships with customers and aligning outcomes with the requirements of the customer.
