                Accounts Officer
Our consultancy, based in the south of Sydney, is seeking an experienced part-time Accounts Officer to work 15 hours per week to fulfil this very important role.

The successful candidate will be systematic and have superior attention to detail. They will be able to work both independently and as a key member of a close knit team, and will not be afraid of making this role their own.
Responsibilities will include:
Timely invoicing of local and international
clients
Accounts payable and receivable
Weekly follow up of unpaid invoices
Bank reconciliations
Weekly payroll
BAS – preparation of quarterly GST and PAYG
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Previous experience in the following will help you hit the ground running:
Background/experience in accounting
Working knowledge of MYOB
Experience invoicing both local and
international clients (including India and China)
It would be advantageous to have previously
worked in a similar capacity in a small business
