Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, you will take responsibility and ownership for a full function Accounts Receivable position. Your tasks will include:

1.
Managingdaily sale orders and invoices.
2.
Managingclients’ account and allocating payment.
3.
Chasingup payment from clients when it is overdue.
4.
Monitoringand checking stock level.
5.
Analyzingstock availability and reporting to management and sales team.
Requirements

Understandaccounting principle and rules
7.
Excellentexcel skills and analyzing ability
8.
Greatability on communication and good manner of business.
9.
Attentionto detail and accuracy.
10.
Abilityto meet deadline
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a background as an payroll officer or in an accounts payable role. On offer is a salary of $40k to $50k plus super depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career looking to take on more responsibility.
