Mortgage Brokers (Chinese speaking, sales focused)

Xellent Finance group P/L is a dynamic and fast growing company in the Sydney region. We have broken the performance growth record, achieved industrial excellence and credibility in the home loan community over the past few years. Our head office is based in Sydney CBD and main branches in Strathfield.

Responsibilities:

- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to both existing and new clients and conducting face-to-face meetings
- Relationship management spans from clients through to referral parties
- Ensure all documentation in relation to loan application is submitted accurately with all relevant documentation and in the required time frames.
Requirements:

- Passion for results and Self-motivation are crucial qualities in driving towards success
- Professionalism and a commitment to ethical conduct
- Organised with high attention to detail skill
- Enjoy a dynamic, enthusiastic and vibrant team environment
- Willingness to continuous learning and face challenges
- Second language of Mandarin/ Cantonese is also desirable
