                Started from scratch,William Enterprise Group Pty Ltd (WEG), is now not only a well recognized steel merchant in Sydney, but also a global manufacturer and distributor of steel and environmental materials.  With the aim of offering high quality product and service to customers,
Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, you will take responsibility and ownership for a full function Accounts Payable position. Your tasks will include:
?       Data entry of approved invoices into the SAP system
?       Assisting with processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll
?       Setting up new starters and processing terminations
?       Processing leave applications and sick leave
?       Scheduled payment of invoices on run dates and issue cheques for approval
?       Review of freight bills and requisitions
?       Internal and external queries with strong focus and customer service
?       Provide documentation as requested to auditors etc as requested
?       Ad-hoc projects and process improvement
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a background as an payroll officer or in an accounts payable role. On offer is a salary of $40k to $50k plus super depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career looking to take on more responsibility.
