                SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Tasman Pacific Holding Pty Ltd, is a well established health care and skin care products manufacturing company based in Sydney which has a fast-paced environment with a great culture that offers an opportunity to develop your skill set and grow your career.

To expand our mobility business, we are now seeking FULL TIME:

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

who has the passion in sales and creative marketing slant to the role in the Health, Beauty and Retail Industries. Someone who is a real entrepreneur with excellent multi-languages communication skills, sales and marketing experience, professional approach and motivation to over achieve.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine sales and creativity and be part of a company that is going from strength to strength as the responsibility in this role includes:
Identifying and developing new business relationships, explore new market opportunities and coordinate general sales activities. Working with our highly skilled development team to implement marketing campaigns supporting new and existing brand objectives.

Managing new accounts as well as the existing ones, conducting market research, data analysis, budgeting and planning.


Skills and experiences required:
2 years+ sales and marketing experiences, including cold-calling, online advertising, direct marketing and local advertising.
Have customer and merchant service skills and organizational ability in multi-tasking, meeting tight deadlines, prioritising and follow up techniques are required.
Have a proven track record, the ability to prepare sales budgets and strategies and achieve targets.
Strong negotiation skills and able to hold business conversation with key stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin is a must.
Well developed interpersonal skills and attention to details.
Be capable of establishing and maintaining contact with clients to maximise sales.
Be a well presentable, enthusiastic, self motivated and responsible individual as well as part of a team.
Innovative and inventive to ideas and problem solving.
Driver license, with ability to travel regularly within Australia.
Hold Australian citizenship, permanent residence or valid working visa to be eligible to work in Australia
