                Marketing Assistant
Fast growing Asian Food Distributor in Fairfield area is seeking an experienced, skilled, enthusiastic, well organised marketing assistant on a full-time basis.
Duties will include:
? Support and facilitate the development and implementation of regional and country specific marketing plans.
? Translate business objectives and strategies in the development of brand and portfolio strategy to enable sustained business growth.
? Development and management of Social Media marketing strategy, and company web sites.
? Conduct marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
? Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
? Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information to provide insights in the support of developing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
? Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
? Liaison with media, advertising and suppliers.
Experience and Requirements:
? A minimum of 3 years experiences as a marketing staff in a food related industry
? Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or related Disciplines.
? Must be fluent in Chinese language for both oral and writing (Mandarin or Cantonese)
? Highly organized person who can self-manage and prioritise functional workload accordingly.
? Ability to work independently to achieve desired outcomes with outstanding initiative.
? Posses own transport
