Part time position: Medical Center Receptionist
Location: Hurstville
Competitive Salary
Key Responsibilities:
·
Recording patients’ data into a database in a timely and accurate manner;
·
Answering phone calls and make appointment for patients with good phone skill;
·
Redirecting customer inquiries and / or taking follow up action as required;
·
Scanning files and using fax machine as required;
·
Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are professional in appearance at all times;
·
Updating the medical system on a regular basis and providing back up to server computer;
·
Assisting with the doctor duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
·
Speak fluent English and Mandarin
·
Friendly & professional attitude is essential;
·
Data entry / administration skills;
·
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
·
PC Literate – Database & Microsoft Office;
·
Time management and organisational skills.
·
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
Additional training will be provided but some computer and customer service skills are required
