Office Administrator
Construction material importing/exporting company is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our CBD office.
Roles and Responsibilities
? General office duties
? Filing, data entry, mail management
? Reporting to Managing Director
? Draft letters and emails
? Travel arrangements
? Organizing appointments
Qualifications
? Fluent in English, both oral and written
? Fluent in Mandarin, both oral and written
? Knowledge of project development and construction materials is highly regarded
? Experienced in word processing and other MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Basic accounting knowledge
? Excellent telephone communication skills and writing skills
? Multi-tasker who can work to deadlines and perform problem resolution
? Able to work autonomously.
? Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities
? Documentation and reporting skills
