After over 6 years my sales assistant has mastered her role and is ready to step up to a full agent position within our company, so I need a new Tahlia.
This is a fabulous opportunity and a stepping stone to becoming a successful Real Estate Agent. Learn from one of the best agents in the Northern District and be proud to be a part of an award winning team.
You will need to live LOCALLY.
As we work in a very popular Chinese area, and I can not speak Mandarin or Cantonese, you will need to be fluent.
You will need a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence to begin. After your initial training we will provide ongoing weekly training.
To be successful in this role you must be articulate, have a positive attitude, be proactive, be elegantly presented, friendly and likeable, have a reliable car,be computer literate and be committed to a career in Residential Property Sales.
You will need to have had some sales experience throughout your career or demonstrate how you are able to sell without having worked in a sales position.
Your tasks will involve but are not be limited to:
Calls to prospective purchasers and sellers
Booking market appraisals
Updating your results on our database
Open homes and buyer follow up
Buyer appointments
Negotiation with buyers
Assisting with auctions as you progress
To a lesser extent - letter box dropping, networking, occasional door knocking and cold calling
For all your hard work you will be rewarded with a generous measurable commission structure!!
Salary is a base award plus volume and success incentives. We envisage an achievable minimum of $55,000 pa but know that this income can easily be upward of $70,000 for a focused operator. Profit sharing bonuses also apply.
