                Marketing Manager
Planet Tel is a provider of Fixed Line, PABX, Mobile and Data & Hardware based Telecommunication services focusing on the small to corporate enterprise market.

The Marketing Manager role has been created to strategically lead a small marketing team and will be responsible for the company’s marketing, branding and sales activities to drive both revenue growth and brand awareness through a variety of channels.

The person:
An experienced sales and marketing leader with at least five years management experience;
Expertise in distribution through retail and telemarketing;
A strong leader with the ability to coach, develop and drive the performance of a small, passionate team;
Able to work under pressure;
Bilingual, able to communicate, write in Mandarin and English;

Duties and Responsibilities:
Grow Planet Tel’s brand presence and awareness within the Australian and Chinese Market;
Develop and execution of marketing plan through different channels;
Day-to-day management of marketing group
Work with the sales and marketing team on short term or long term plan;
Work with other managers and Director to ensure any marketing activity is effectively arranged;
Adjust sales and marketing strategy according to dynamic market change.
