                Customer Service Executive (Chinese speaking)

KVB Kunlun is a multinational financial services corporation with operations in Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Toronto, Hong Kong and Beijing. We provide a diversified range of financial services to our customers, including foreign exchange, margin trading, equity products, as well as funds management.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-standing and trusting relationships with existing and potential FX clients;
Provide accurate FX quotation to clients;
Process clients' currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently;
Handle clients’ enquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, accounting or business related;
Previous sales & client service experience;
Good presentation, telephone manner and problem solving skills;
Able to work under pressure & take new challenges;
A can do attitude and a hard working mindset.
