Large Government Department - Western Sydney location
$24ph
3 months (possible extension)
This large reputable Government Department in Western Sydney currently has vacancies for Customer Service Officers. Working in a fast –paced environment you will be responsible for providing general assistance and the management of confidential files.
The hours for this role are 8.30-5.30pm Monday – Friday.
Your duties in this role will include:
? Attending to enquires from clients both face to face and over the telephone
? Input and update records that have been filed.
? Typing reports.
? Upkeep of the document management system.
? General ad-hoc duties.
To ensure your success in this role you will need to have:
? Good presentation with clear communication both written & verbal
? High attention to detail
? Intermediate computer skills
? Ability to meet deadlines
? Desire to learn new things, adaptable and enthusiastic
? Able to communicate across all levels of staff and management
Due to the locations of this role and the travel required you will require a current drivers license and your own transport.
