Servicing the Australian Grocery and Food Service industry for over 30 years, Hakka have become a household name in the FMCG industry. To support our ongoing rapid growth, we are looking for a highly motivated sales cadet who will be thoroughly trained in all facets of customer service and sales representation. After an initial training period, the successful candidate will ultimately move into a permanent field sales representation role.

Initially reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your training will include:
? Receiving inbound calls - includes answering customer enquiries, taking orders, up-selling, and screening and directing calls
? Outbound telesales activities as part of targeted campaigns
? Receiving and processing sales orders
? Professional handling and resolution of customer complaints
? Following up on complex orders or customer requests and ensuring that orders are processed within respective deadlines
After successful completion of the customer service training program you will train in all facets of professional sales representation where you will be able to apply your excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and trouble shooting skills to proactively develop your accounts and territories. As part of your ongoing duties after training you will be able to manage promotions, trade spend and merchandising campaigns as well as effectively run in store demonstrations actively promoting new and existing products.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following traits:
? Results driven
? Strong command of English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
? Highly motivated and enthusiastic with confident, friendly personality
? Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal), listening skills and telephone manner
? Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
? Fast, accurate typing and high attention to detail.
? Ability to build relationships with customers and manage expectations
? Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
? Excellent planning skills to ensure effective account management.
