                Do you have experience organising and attending high level business functions? And do you have experience and knowledge across Chinese business culture?
This is an outstanding opportunity for a PA, TA or Events/Functions Coordinator to join a diversified multinational corporation with business interests spanning pharma, biotech and mining to name a few.
Diary Management, travel arrangements, meeting and functions planning, general administration, international office liaison and PR duties are all key elements of this role. Your ability to be able to multi-task efficiently across multiple projects and priorities is crucial.
To be considered for this role you will have a genuine passion for Asian and Chinese culture. You will have impeccable written and spoken communication skills and be able to draft correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
Fast, accurate typing and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
You must have flexibility to work weekends and afterhours as functions demand. You will also need to be able to travel interstate and overseas as required.
