An international group specializing in manufacturing and sourcing of homeware products with its head office located in China, who has been ranking as one of the top--three--company exporting textiles to Australia by CCCT. Being enjoyed more than 20 years of success in the Australian homeware Industry through the sales and Service of majority local big supermarkets, we are expanding our new sales division based in Strathfield, NSW recently.  
We are seeking an experienced full-time Office & Marketing Assistant to support the sales teams; This role could be your next step in your career in marketing and the opportunity to gain valuable experience.
Key responsibilities:
? Answering customer phone calls in a professional and timely manner;
? Works of daily errands, that include handling communications with post office, bank, etc and monitoring office supplies orders etc;
? Updating and Maintaining company files and registers;
? Assisting the concerned authorities in matters related to preparation of annual reports, files, weekly reports and etc.
? Collating data to identify existing client growth opportunities and the competitors analysis;
? Researching new business opportunities, key contacts etc;
? Produce proposals, presentation files, and marketing documents;
? Co-ordinate client communications where necessary;
? Market travel arrangements;
? Assist in organising and catering training events – Internal & External, Local & Oversea;
? Coordinate other marketing & administrative support as required by the team;
Basic Requirements:  
? Minimum Bachelor degree in the field of Marketing, Management etc;
? 1-2 years experience within similar role in Australian;
? Strong Communication Skills with excellent articulation both in English and Mandarin;
? A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc
? High level in computing and competent at internet research
? Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to liaise with management
? Mature, Reliable, Committed and Confident
? Independent worker, with minimal supervision
? Open-minded, self-motivated and show initiative
? Efficient Time Management
? Experience with CRM (Customer Relations Management) is an advantage
