                We are looking for a superstar who has a desire to build a great career in IT, apply today! Experience is not absolutely essential provided that you have the language skills and a passion for customer service.
On offer is a 12 month contract with the intention to extend long term.
The role will involve providing telephone and email based 1st level application support to multilingual customers (Mandarin/Cantonese/English), rostered between 7am till 10pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), and providing back up support for 2nd level queries.
Fluency in all of Mandarin, Cantonese AND English is ESSENTIAL.
Due to the Hills District location and the varying working hours, your own transport will be essential. On-site parking is available.
