Diary Management, travel arrangements, meeting and event planning, general administration, international office liaison and PR/Comms tasks are all key elements of this role. Your ability to be able to multi-task efficiently across multiple projects and priorities is crucial.
To be considered for this role you will be degree qualified in PR/Communications and have a genuine passion for Asian and Chinese culture. You will be an experienced PA, currently supporting at a senior level. Fast, accurate typing and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
The ability to converse fluently at business level in Mandarin is also essential. As is the availability to travel interstate and overseas as required.
