            1. Promoter (宣傳推廣)
一個好的宣傳人員需要:
-性格外向, 待人友好
-盡可能每週參加公司活動
-大而廣泛的交際圈和人際關係網
宣傳主要的目的是和我們的顧客建立良好的關係,讓他們在家即可了解在活動上所認識的朋友.讓他們感到被接受和融入. 我們需要的是可以去了解客戶並且讓他們成爲忠實客戶的宣傳推廣人員.
一個理想的宣傳人員需要有能力和1至5個在夜店裏沒有踫到過的人保持聯係,並讓他們成爲新的付費客戶名單.
好的宣傳人員要有能力建立自己的團隊,並以此成爲團隊領導人.
2. On Night Staff – Host/Birthday Host (夜班工作人員/生日招待)
要求:
-有能力滿足所有客人的要求, 不只是生日.
-優良的語言和溝通技巧
-保證客人可以玩得盡興, 並且有能力解決突發問題和狀況
-雖然不是服務員, 卻要建立起客人和團隊之間的交流
儅一個好的東道主,必須有能力招待每一個客人,使她照顧下的顧客感到特別,能夠在酒精和少量飲料的影響下正常工作.必須具備良好的組織能力, 並清楚地了解顧客需要什麽.可以改進, 管理團隊, 能夠傳達反饋.
3. Office Staff (辦公室工作人員)
在夜店和活動策劃方面有一定的經驗,我們需要的辦公人員是有能力在壓力和時間限制下提供並且發揮特殊水平的人.辦公室的工作涉及事件的規劃, 後勤事務和營銷的事件.
Promoter
Traits of a good promoter
- Outgoing and friendly
- Ability to attend events as much as possible – preferably every week.
- Large and different circles of friends
Promoter’s main aim is to build relationships with our patrons. Patrons feel at home not through Facebook but through identifying that they know friends at the place they have fun. The feeling of being accepted and known to people in the club is what makes patrons want to stay. We need promoters to get to know these people and make them become loyal customers.
An ideal promoter should have the ability to meet and keep in contact with at least 1 – 5 people on the night that they have never met. And that should translate into a new guest list for pay.
Great promoters will have the ability to develop their own team and grow in to a team leader.
On Night Staff – Host/Birthday Host
Traits of a good host/birthday host
- Ability to cater all guests, not just birthdays
- Language and communication skills must be fantastic
- Guarantee that patrons have a good time and all problems are resolved
- They are NOT the waitress, but the communication between patrons and the management team.
A good host must have the ability to entertain and make the patrons that is under her care feel special. The host should be able to take alcohol and also work under the influence of a little amount of drinks. Hosts must have good organizational skills and clearly understand what patrons need.  A good host should be able to convey feedback to the management team where improvements can be made. Hosts should be the people that have the longest contact with the patrons.

We need people who are able to handle pressure and time constraints to deliver and perform to an exceptional level. The office work involves planning for events, orchestrating logistical matters and marketing for events.
