A role for a part-time customer services representative exists with the following responsibilities:
-       Attend to general customer service and account enquires by email and phone.
-       Updating of databases
-       Assistance with marketing initiatives
-       Providing instructions to cleaners
We are looking for a person with:
-       Good Chinese and English skills
-       able to use the internet, emails and Microsoft Excel
-       Excellent organization, accuracy and customer service skills
-      Can work independently and with a responsible attitude
-      Have you own Computer, Mobile and Internet connection
