Given the Firm’s strong performance and growth plans in the Asia Pacific region, including Australia, the company is now looking to recruit an experienced financial services Manager to its Australian Financial Institutions Group. Areas of particular interest include retail financial services, SME banking and wealth management with a focus on strategy, sales force / top line stimulation, distribution and process optimisation.

The Role:

Deepening and extending existing client relationships by delivering outstanding service quality, and developing new client relationships with major financial institutions through leveraging relationships and distinctive content/experience.
Involvement in the development of Asian opportunities, including supporting proposals and project delivery and managing client delivery from start to finish.
Providing ongoing team leadership and development support to junior consultants and participating in various “firm-building” initiatives such as intellectual capital development, sub-practice leadership, and staff recruitment.

The Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of consulting experience post MBA within the financial services practice plus ideally Industry experience within a commercial or retail financial services organisation.
Demonstrated track record of serving sophisticated financial services clients in analytically rigorous client engagement work and focused on “C-suite” decision makers.
An undergraduate degree with heavy analytical components preferred (e.g., economics, math, engineering, sciences, etc.) plus a Masters degree from a top university.
