Estimator –Commercial & Residential Plastering

CMM Group is a Melbourne basedPlastering & Carpentry contractor who have an immediate requirement for anexperienced estimator to join our Oakleigh office on part-time or contract.
You will be estimating for variousnew build and refurbishment on residential or commercial building.

Requirements and duties will consistof:
· - Knowledge of commonly used conceptsand procedures with in the building industry.
· - Competency in basic Mathematics.
· - Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice.
· - Review tender documents assessingscope
- Calculate and prepare quantities fromblueprints.
