Looking for international students as housemates to live in a large five bedrooms house that is close to University Hill town centre with its cafes, restaurants and Brand Junction outlets, RMIT University. Within minutes walk to RMIT Uni bundoora, Coles Supermarket and the 86 Tram Line. (If you study at RMIT bundoora campus, you don't have to buy TRAM tickets at all as the house is just located behind RMIT east campus) You SAVE (73.40AUD) per month for zone 2 public transport monthly value ticket.   Walk to RMIT university or take the TRAM to La Trobe.
$140.00 per week/person include electric, water and gas bills. No extra bills to pay except for excessive usage. Unlimited broadband internet via wireless also included.
