Located on Reynard St in Coburg, just 6 km north of the city, even closer to Parkville and Melbourne University.

Our house is a 5 bedroom Victorian Terrace and has just been fully renovated with original baltic floors and heavy drapes on all the windows. We have available one peaceful and spacious room which has been freshly painted and is fully furnished with a wardrobe, study desk & chair, lamp, bed with sheets, blanket & pillow. You also have your own Flat Screen TV and DVD player clock radio.
There is a nice courtyard for outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is fully furnished. There are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.

The tram number 19, stop 31, is just 100metres  away and the train ( Coburg or Moreland) station a 5 min walk away. We are just around the corner from Sydney Road which is filled with bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.
Three supermarkets are just a couple of blocks away. The 4 other rooms are occupied by long term tenants, 1 girls and 3 guys.

The household is very clean and quiet.
Included in rent is all bills , ADSL2+, toilet paper, dish washing liquid, hand soap, cling wrap and a cleaner that does the toilets and kitchen once per week. All this for only $145 per week.
The bond is $600.
