I am looking for who can take over a unit located at Hughesdale.  
This is a really tidy and wide unit and it is two stories. The floor is not carpet, but wooden floor.
It has two bed rooms which one is a bit small, and the other is really big. And has two bathrooms.  
With wide balcony.
And has security car park with an electronic key.  
Exactly beside the Hughesdale train station, takes just 1 min and can get to city in 20mins by train.
Often express trains are also available.
and near Chadstone shopping centre.
Inspection is welcome, anytime. The location is good for Monash or Homes Tafe students, as well.
Rent fee: $1781 per month.
Hope take over all furniture, but if you don’t need, you can exclude the items.  
The contract term will be expired on Jau next year, but you can extend, if you want.
The real estate is not strict, easy to apply.  
This is a nice chance for whom want to live at luxury and convenient unit.
