Promissory estoppel 这个规则要求合同双方言行一致，看一下英文的解释，This rule was traditionally used as a defence to preventsomeone going back on their promise after the other partyhas acted in reliance on that promise and suffereddetriment: Central London Property Trust Ltd v High TreesHouse Ltd
