This is your opportunity to join aKEW real estate agency, Aussiehome Real Estate at Kew, Vic. We are now seeking One Experienced Property Manager and several property sales representatives who are professionally presented, confident,and have excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Relevant experience in the real estate industry will be highly preferably but not essential; However, you must have passion and enthusiasm for this industry and a burning desire to succeed within a rapidly growing company.
The successful applicant for Property Manager must be:
· Who possesses the Agents'Representative Certificate;
· Has a Victoria drivers' licence;
·
Excellent time management & organisational skill
·
A passion to grow the existing rent roll
·
Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
· Diligence, a strong work ethic, a high degree of self motivation and a mature approach
· Exceptional client skills and effective communication skills
· Fluent in English, and can speak Mandarin / Cantonese.
. Solid experience in Rental Property Management
It is a full-time position and immediatly start required.

The successful applicant for property sales representatives must be:
· Who possesses the Agents'Representative Certificate (or intends to study)
· Has a Victoria drivers' licence and a reliable motor vehicle.
· Diligence, a strong work ethic, a high degree of self motivation and a mature approach
· Exceptional client skills and effective communication skills
· Fluent in English, and can speak Mandarin / Cantonese.
