Our client's Call Centres recruit for all facets or a call centre, from customer service and telesales to processing, collections and team leaders. Our client's company operates from a national network across Australia. The depth of their market expertise enables them to match the right person with the right contact centre for lasting impact. Our client currently has a variety of positions available of call centre specialists looking for opportunities within a BIG 4 Bank in Melbourne CBD.
Candidates will have a strong proven background in customer service and ideally collections with exceptional communication skills. Your hard working attitude will see you hit the ground running in a new and challenging position.
You must be able to work on a rotating roster from Monday - Sunday between the hours of 7am to 9pm.
