Sushi bar for sales only 3 stops from Flinder station along st kilda road.... address 360 st kilda road, opposite botanic garden , beautiful shop and only manage 4 months after took over mid May, and minor renovation such as changing the name, some chairs and table, free wifi connection, and some cooking equipment. and the business is very stable and building up, customers providing good feedback about our sushi :))))everything is looking good here and only sushi shop from flinder station to my shop.... last summer turnover is approx 4-5k, and this winter I manage to maintain 3k while the other owner only did 2.2k which is really bad...the sales is going upward but sometime you still can do 2.5k a week sales.but do not worry, the break even cost only 2k and you still make profit. I am the honest seller, I will breakeven every information you need..unlike the the seller which I bought this business...all lie...rent and outgoing approx $1000-$1200 wages: $400 - $600foodcost: $400Among this four months, we havent promote catering service which I believe is very potential as there is so many office building want catering service around that area,..recently I got a call from Sydney order and deliver to local branch at st kilda and they going to repeat the order again next week which is very good to us....I believe if focus on catering service, it will attract couple of thousands more a week turnover... do your research, how many office building around st kilda road? how many working class peoples around that area???and I only open 5 days a week from 11 to 3.30pm (Customer mostly from 12 to 2pm) and Saturday/Sunday trade is potential as well.... as my shop is under the apartment, at the back is high rise apartment...they sure want something to eat. use to asking 120k but now only 80k, but sushi roller machine is not included as this is the lease machine. unless you are willing to pay 13k for this machine , only used few months. now only selling $85,000 remember this is only 5 days trade, if you want to you can trial half day saturday ...potential and you can open night trade and apply liquor licence to boost up sales?the turnover is low but is building up....I don't want to lie to you my turnover is 4-5k while my actual sales is only 3k? so many seller try to put fake sales by 30% and asking frined to boost up sales.... **** why I want to sell if this so good? I need to move back to Western Australia, my partner just got transferred to WA, I need to go back with her early next year.....
