Experienced RealEstate Salespeople
We are looking for a number of experienced salespeople tojoin us in driving our new businesses in North Sydney or Northern suburbs orHills District.
You will be provided with excellent remuneration packagealong with the support of company. We will continue to develop your skills andknowledge with training and mentoring by our management.
Duties and responsibilities:

Prospecting – door knocking and cold calling
·
Open homes and private inspections
·
Attending Market appraisals
·
Managing vendor data base
·
Buyer calls backs
·
Managing your own listings
·
Sales Negotiation
Our selection criteria:
·
Real estate sales experience with proven recordsin one of the above-mentioned areas.
·
Current certificate of registration
·
Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
·
Good interpersonal skills
·
Excellent communication skills
·
Drive, motivation and self-organisation
·
A good listener
·
Well-groomed
