You need to be can do attitude, and have ideas of running the business, or want to explore your possibility I create this shop from scratch and our recipe of smoothie is far better than other major juice bar shop... the cost of setup is approx $130,000....last year turnover is average 4k (winter) 6k (summer)This year turnover winter only 3k.....the reasons being is the economic downturn, plus I don't manage since after summer.I believe the boss need to be involved so the business will build up. ** This ads has been on yeeyi beginning of the year...and many have gossip about it....turnover 3000 is just enough to make tiny of money, and I am selling this just for 30k , and what you expect from it? those guys only gossiping as is very amateur and don't even know how to run a business... This business is potential to build up as is at front of the foodcourt and opposiite JB hifi. and biggest shopping centre in mornington peninsula. I am very reluctant to sell it but I have to move to WA at the beginning of next year.... as my partner transfer the work place to WA. the business I currently running is the sushi bar at city..I am selling that one too but asking price is 80k now..... I bought it expensive and do some renovation which cost me around 100k, and I have build up the business, it was 2000/week turnover now is around 3k a week in this winter period.
