This shop just open last year JUNE 2011. very stable customer. cost me 140k to build the whole shop. now willing to let go at the price of 50k Urgent sales as I have no time to manage as this is under fully management business.current taking 3500-4500/week Rent is approx 1200/weekCost is approx 500/weekwagesapprox 1000/weekTotal expenses $2700/weekyou can save wages of 1000 a week if you manage yourself. the highest turnover is $7000 during December period. Trial available at 3000/week for 2 weeks.urgent sales!!!
