PROFIT BASED 100kbut most of these business is asking for 150k-300k which require high risk as well, and mostly is at already their peak, no room to improve, and potential to drop. Frankston is the faster growing area and the new highway is gonna finish next year soon and the traffic to frankston will booming and the housing here is more affordable and I predict this is a very good area to invest in future.I would like to stay but with my own power, I need to move on..... |
