The reason for sales is I study full time and have minor health issue, need to let go quickly and already had offered but rejected by shopping centre as he is way too young to own the business.(only 18) This is once in the opportunity if you can setup one in shopping centre, you can setup anytime after that. cheap rent compare to major shopping centre...approx 55k based rent plus gst a year
