This is an opportunity to work in a fast growing consulting company in Sydney CBD, Australia. Now we are looking for a full time receptionist / administrative assistant who is experienced in managing the day-to-day running of an office.
The role will require you to carry out a variety of tasks include:
? Greeting, answering the phone, emails and dealing with customer enquiries;
? Demonstrated administration skills, ability to complete all tasks at a high standard;
? Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
? Great personal presentation;
? Flexible team player attitude, with the ability to work autonomously but also to take direction;
? Strong customer service orientation and relationship building skills with the confidence to deal with customers ;
? Very good PC skills – particularly MS Office, internet and database skills;
? Willingness and ability to work flexible hours;
? To ensure reception area and meeting rooms are cleanliness and maintenance is in keeping with the company's general policy on services;
? General Office Duties;
? Be able to speak second language (preferred Mandarin or Cantonese).
