儿子学做菜之一

代儿子发帖:妈妈让我学做菜,今天是第一个菜--番茄汤:Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 cloves garlic, chopped
350 g fresh, ripe tomatoes
200g tin tomatoes
0.5 L chicken stock
1 cup waterMethod:
Heat olive oil.
Saute onion, carrot and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add sliced, unpeeled tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, chicken stock and water.
Bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
