请教 Broker Firm Offer

在IPO的Prospectus中，看到有些offer
only open to persons who:
· receive an invitation to apply pursuant to the Foundation Offer;
· are clients of selected brokers and receive a Broker Firm
allocation;
· are domestic Institutional Investors etc然后说 There is no general public offer.这样的话是不是我都不能申请，如果想申请Broker Firm Offer该怎么做呢？多谢！

That means unless you are the client of those specific broker you will not be able to get the offer..---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Be their Client!
