关于狗狗的领养问题

网上看见有人没有办法再照顾狗狗了,我想领养那只小狗,想请教一下大家,关于领养过户方面的信息.
狗狗是有芯片的 ,我接她回家后需要做哪些工作呢.没有领养过小动物,求教啊

adopting a dog is not an easy task for beginner.
you need to learn what kind of dog breed it is and what to expect for this breed, loud barking? biting? size of dog to grow? shedding fur? How long can it live? Is it dangerous dog? How much exercise does this kind of dog need? family friendly dog? Then, for dogitself, are there any issues with dog? indoor or outdoor? fully training? health issue? temperament?
after that, you need to meet dog in person and see whether you are connected or not. Then, come home and discuss your family members and make sure everyone is on board. make sure you have prepared your family for damage dog may cause, monthly cost of dog, dog's registration to dog organization, local council, insurance, medicine, food, dog's toysif everything is ticked, then, you can go and pick the dog. Think long and hard before your adoption!

我没有领养经验，不过直觉上觉得你需要做以下这些事情1）因为是网上被遗弃的狗狗，建议跟owner一起带狗狗去vet检查一下，确保狗狗的健康状况（就怕收养了一个严重疾病的狗狗，日后看病是一大笔开销，如果狗狗治不好，你养了一段时间有感情了，会很难过的）
2）更换狗狗的芯片信息，vet应该可以提供信息。墨尔本的dog registration 是在North Melbourne
3）跟你的local council注册，交相关的费用，不贵的，1年40刀此外就是购买狗狗的日常用品，如果狗狗没有经过基本训练的话，可以报名一个dog training class
