The Mazda 6 is being recalled for the second time in a year, and for a similar issue.A total of 9000 examples of the latest generation Mazda 6 are being recalled due to a system malfunction that may prevent the car’s battery from charging and eventually lead to the car stalling.“The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) may function incorrectly, ceasing to charge the battery,” the recall notification posted by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s recalls.gov.au website reads.“This will illuminate the ‘Charging system warning light’ and the message ‘Charging System Malfunction’ will be displayed on the instrument panel.
