罚单申诉英文，急求高手给予指点与修改！！！

Here comes my application of review of traffic penalty. Infringement No.: 27789189.
The reason given on this case is 'not facing direction of travel'. I am really disappointed and upset for this. I am not saying it is ridiculous. But I just felt much innocent. Pls allow me to explain you something happened on last Saturday morning.
I arrived my workplace in the early morning and parked at a free 10 hours parking space. I admitted I am fresh to park the street. Normally I would choose to park other areas closed to Mcdonald, although it will take me a few more minutes to walk to my work place and it is not free. I thougt I might find a space in LYNCH STREET on Saturday. When I get there,there were too many barricades on the roadside of a Probuild construction worksite. All these things make the road actually ' One Way' status. I hesitated for a moment to think if my parking direction is true. I thought I was right because it alm

I knew I can find a space  -> could find

I looks very stupid  ->  look

I arrived workplace at about 6:00 and parked at a free 10 hours parking space. I admitted i am fresh to park the street. I knew I could find a space in LYNCH STREET on Saturday. When I get there, I was happy because I was first there and easy to park at one of spaces.
