可否要求自己选修车厂？

印象里这个保险是不能选择的，不知道有没有记错。

不能，而且指定修车厂太少，下年果断转回NRMA.

同学你可以看看我的帖子，我是悉尼买的NRMA全险，可以自己选择修车厂，NSW法律规定消费者有权利自己选择修车厂，保险公司的修车厂质量不一定好，我只是说“不一定”哈。

貌似没有这种法律规定……便宜的保险公司都是不能自选车场的

俺开始也是这么以为的，但后来在好几家修车厂的网站上发现他们都说NSW消费者是可以自己选择修车厂的。。。。我查了半天木有查到，只查到下面这个，还不一定是不是。。。Motor Vehicle Repairs (Anti-steering)

(1) An insurer must not directly or indirectly limit its coverage under an
insurance policy:
(a) by specifying the brand, type, kind, age, vendor, supplier or
condition of parts or products that may be used to repair the
motor vehicle, or
(b) by restricting the insured from choosing a repairer to repair any
damage to the motor vehicle that is covered und

我们以前跟AAMI，他们修车是这样的，如果你不在他指定的修车厂修（其实这个修车厂清单还是他们认可的），你需要找两家报价，他们会对报价的结果评估，然后告诉你最后可以去哪家修。
基本上就是结合两家的报价取简单的那家。比如我们车门被人家reverse parking弄凹了，一家是把那侧的两个门都从新喷漆（另一个门没问题），另一家只喷要换的门，assessor觉得都喷看差异，你resale，人家会以为是很大的车祸，当然喷一个门也费用省吧。还有因为门给撞了，下面的那个条也有点凹，一家报价是换整条，另一家说是敲打一下就可以。当然结果是不换。
