帮你查了查，该房占地576sqm，05年成交价在800k-850k之间，现在的估价区间介于1.1M - 1.3M之间
更有价值的考虑是旁边的16号，占地大小很接近，今年7月售出价于1.1-1.2M之间，但是是3房house。
so···我估计成交会在1.2M+
