今天看了ㄧ下覺得還不差.
1.but heard bad things about meriton. Obviosuly the sales guy said its a top end one, they use better quality.
2. Public transport - private bus??? Cuz i dont see any syd rail bus.
3. Any good public school around?
4. Possible to nego price with meriton?? Like whats the normal discount??
