因为工作原因我们提前2个月和和中介说退房子,中介说要让我们一直付房租和广告费到找到房子为止,我们已经多付了2个月的房租,房租已经交到合共终止的日期了
但是中介突然给发信把我们告上VCAT

210. Application to Tribunal for compensation order on
other grounds
(1) A party to a tenancy agreement may apply to the
Tribunal for an order for payment to the applicant
by the other party to the tenancy agreement of
compensation for loss or damage suffered by the
applicant because—
(a) the other party failed to comply with the
tenancy agreement or that party's duties
under this Act relating to the tenancy
agreement; or
(b) the applicant has paid to the other party more
than the applicant is required to pay in
accordance with this Act or the tenancy
agreement.
(2) This section does not apply to a duty under a duty
provision or section 66.
417. Application to Tribunal by landlord
(1) A landlord may apply to the Tribunal for a
determination directing the Authority to pay an
amount of bond to or on account of the landlord
if—
(a) the landlord is unable to obtain the tenant's
agreement to make an application to the
Authority for a refund; and
(b) the landlord considers that the landlord is
entitled under section 418 or 419 to a refund
of that amount of bond.
(2) An application under this section must be made
within 14 days after—
(a) the tenant delivers up vacant possession of
the rented premises; or
(b) the landlord becomes aware that the tenant
has abandoned the rented premises.
我们房租都付到签约日期了,他有毛损失?就是不想退bond吧?
